Messages of the face provide commentary and illustrations about themselves. Other types of expressions provide different mode for understanding private, hidden side of the inner person.

From facial expressions you realize what people thinking, their feelings. Facial Expressions is the basis on which we form significant impressions of such characteristics as friendliness, trustworthiness and status.

These expressions created by muscular actions. Facial movements may communicate at the following eight emotions:

  1. happiness
  2. surprise

Racism

Racism is the belief that racial differency produce inherent superiority of particular race. In racial discrimination certain race rights or benefits can be denied. Between racial discrimination and ethnic discrimination no differences
Racial discrimination is treating people differently. Racism is defined as any practice of ethnic discrimination or segregation. People nowadays are very open to express their dislike and contempt for minorities.
The reason for racism: racism has become part of our heritage, right-wing racial and political groups and pride in one's own race. Racism presence throughout the formation of our culture is quite evident.
Many people aren't aware how much racism still exists in our schools workforces, and anywhere else where social lives are occuring. It is about people who need to start thinking about instigations and solutions to this matter.

Steps to a Good Conversation

There are 5 ways of having a good conversation and
often we don't realize that we follow those steps but if we look through
every conversation we make,
there, you will find out that we really do follow them.... they are:
1. Opening
2. Feed-forward
3. Business
4.Feedback
5.Closing
When I actually compare this 5 steps of Conversation,
I realize that it very similar to the steps in having a presentation in schools.
whereby we have to:
*Opening--- A brief greetings to the lecturer and classmates

*Feed-forward--- Introduction of what you want to talk about

*Business --- here you can be more specific on what you want to talk about

*Feedback--- this is where you get reponds from the lecturer and the student and most times it's is better to ask them if they have any question to as
because it will help you know if your lecturer and classmate were listening.
*Closing--- This is very important in any presentation because it summarizes
what you have being talking about and then a "thank you for listening"
sort of greetings will perfect it.
Thank you!

Friendship

Friendship is supportive and cooperative relationship between two or more people. It involves mutual knowledge, esteem, affection and respect. Their tastes usually similar and may converge and also share enjoyble activities. They engage in mutually helping behaviour, such as exchange of advice and sharing of hardship.
They help each other in difficult situation of life. Friendship is considered to be closer than association. You can make friends in your workplace, college, school. However making friends seems to trouble a lots of people.

Having no friends can be damaging in some cases. A long time friendship may also result in marriage, too much friendship is followed by compromise. There are many different types of friendship in making friends for example

  1. Acquaintance: a friend, but it doesn't mean sharing emotional ties. It means someone enjoy eating lunch with you.

True friends accept each other with their positive and negative qualities. Nothing hidden between true friends. They know each other's strengths as well as weaknesses and respect each other's individuality, differences, understand similarities.

The PoWeR of the BoDy !!!

A message that is being pass through our body either consciously or unconsciously
is very sensitve and can never be over emphasized.
The first three things people see at first sight
even before you say anything are: Your eyes,
your facial expression(i.e your smile, your frown e.t.c)
and YOUR BODY LANGUAGE !!!
Body language is a usually non-verbal and most times it is in our unconscious,
it is the way you carry yourself and your carriage.
According to research, in every human 93% out of 100% consist of body language
and the remaining 7% are words..... I have come to the conclusion that
Our unconscious sometimes reflective more to others than it reflect to us........

Facial Communication

Other than speak, we use face to communicate to each other everyday, especially emotion that we show out on our face.
Facial movement give response to other people. So, people can recognize what are we feeling and react to them.

Facial movement also communicate the degree of pleasantness, agreement and sympathy felt.
We cannot communicate without facial movement -- emotion.
When we are feeling happy, we show our happiness with face.
Besides that, when we are feeling anger, we show it out. Therefore, other people can recognize our feeling, and try to avoid to make us more angry.

Nowadays, people use icon to show emotion in instant messaging, email and blog. For example, icon:

:-( sad
Conclusion, emotion is important to our day life.Emotion help us to communicate to others.
