When you talk it makes you easier to listen to and understand what people are saying. Allows you to make genuine contact with your audience. Ultimately helps you to think more clearly by forcing you to communicate your points in ordinary terms. Everyone has their own communication style. Communication is defined as a process by we assign and convey meaning in an attempt to create shared understanding. In nonverbal communication you act without using spoken words. It is important to understand body language because nonverbal cues shade meaning, culture influences how body language is interpreted, influences first impression. When you talk with someone sometimes conflict and anger occur because of clash of ideas or interests, that why you mustn't be aggressive or passive and calming anger is important in resolving conflict.
